We planned to spend the month of November in the keys, but after a week we ran home because of Tropical Storm Etta. We will wait a few days but hope to return to our happy place for the rest of the month. It’s so nice to be on the road again. The pandemic put a serious Ho,d on all our activities since March a d as we are over 70 we did not feel comfortable traveling much. We visited the Keys for two weeks in late June and early July and thought a month in November would great. Thanksgiving in the Keys makes sense and avoids any exposures. Monroe County is very serious about masks and social distancing so we feel safe to eat out here and shop the many craft stores and galleries. So much art to explore and being at the beach is rejuvenating.
I’m sorry for not posting much in the last six months. I do plan to review photos I’ve taken and share them with you all. Now that the election is over and we can breathe a sigh of relief I think I’ll feel better about blogging again. Feeling hopeful helps. Be well all of you and let’s enjoy every minute of each day.
